Context
Gust is an influence marketing agency based in Paris 8e: influencer campaigns, celebrity marketing, UGC, social media and audiovisual production in an integrated 120 m² studio. Big-brand references, a proprietary method, and the classic agency problem: the website had to live up to the work being sold, and generate leads instead of acting as a business card.
Challenge
A double objective pulling in two directions: a premium showcase site that impresses marketing directors used to beautiful things, and a measurable acquisition machine. With a 2026 requirement on top: being visible on Google and quotable by AI engines, where prospects now ask their questions.
Approach
1. A Next.js site built pixel by pixel
Full development in Next.js and React, art direction faithful to the agency's stop-scroll identity. Measured in July 2026: the homepage fully loads in under one second. A creative agency site that lags is a commercial counter-argument; this one argues for them.
2. SEO and GEO from the foundation
Technical SEO built into the construction, not bolted on: JSON-LD structured data across all pages, an llms.txt file for generative engines, content organized to answer the questions advertisers ask Google and ChatGPT alike.
3. Capture and amplification
Lead capture forms wired to the agency's sales pipeline, and Google Ads campaigns to reach active demand. Five bricks working together: site, SEO, GEO, forms, advertising.

Lessons
- An agency's website is its first case study. It proves or disproves the entire sales pitch.
- GEO is built with the site, not after it. Structured data and llms.txt cost little at construction time, a lot in retrofit.
- Five average bricks beat one perfect brick. Site, SEO, GEO, capture and Ads reinforce each other.
