Data Controller

Liedel LAM, reachable at lam@liedel.fr, is the controller of personal data collected on this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French Law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 (Loi Informatique et Libertés).

Data Collected

Personal data that may be collected includes: first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name, website URL, messages sent through forms, consent preferences, pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers, visited pages and services, interactions, referrer, UTM parameters, calculated interest score, device type, user-agent, and IP address used temporarily for audience measurement and visiting-organization identification, then stored in hashed/pseudonymized form.

Purposes & Legal Bases

• Responding to your contact requests — legal basis: pre-contractual steps or consent depending on the nature of your request (Article 6.1.a or 6.1.b GDPR)
• Client relationship management and project tracking — legal basis: performance of a contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR)
• Sending commercial information if you have consented — legal basis: consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR)
• Audience measurement, pseudonymous journey and interest-signal analysis, website improvement, and B2B identification of visiting organizations from a pseudonymized IP address — legal basis: consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR)
• Security, abuse prevention, site administration protection, and request rate limiting — legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR)

Retention Periods

• Contact and prospect data: 3 years from the last interaction
• Client data: duration of the contractual relationship + 5 years (accounting and tax obligations)
• Consent preferences: 13 months maximum
• Browsing and pseudonymized visit data: 13 months maximum, unless you object or request deletion

Your Rights

In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Data Transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Union, including in the United States. Where this occurs, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Providers and Recipients

• Vercel: hosting, deployment, technical logs, Analytics and Speed Insights when you accept analytics.
• Turso / libSQL: storage of pseudonymized visits, identified organizations, form submissions, and administration data.
• Upstash Redis: rate limiting and abuse protection.
• Resend: email delivery for contact and lead forms.
• IPinfo, IPLocate, RDAP, and public network services: IP enrichment to estimate the visiting organization when analytics is accepted.
• Hunter and Snov.io: manual or administrative B2B enrichment of identified organizations when this feature is used.
• Cal.com: external appointment booking, only when you choose to use this service.

5. Cookies

This website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are required for the site to work. Others are used, only with your consent, to measure traffic and identify visiting organizations from a pseudonymized IP address.

Types of Cookies Used

• Strictly necessary cookies: essential for the website to function (security, admin session, language preferences, remembering your consent choice). These do not require your consent (Article 82 of the French Loi Informatique et Libertés).
• Analytics cookies: used to measure traffic, journeys, interactions, sessions, referrer, UTM campaigns, a pseudonymous interest score, and the estimated visiting organization from the hashed/pseudonymized IP address. These cookies and related processing only start with your prior consent.
• Marketing cookies: no marketing or retargeting tag is currently triggered by default on this website. If an advertising tool is added, it will require a specific consent.
