Context
LB-Bennes rents waste dumpsters to construction sites and individuals across the eight departments of the Paris region. In 2022 the company was starting out: no online presence, no digital clients, in a local market where everything hinges on quote speed. Whoever calls back first wins the job.
The starting point:
- No website, no Google visibility
- A client base to build from zero
- Competitors sitting on local queries for years
Challenge
Generate steady quote requests, without a marketing team and without a big-brand budget. The channel had to pay off fast: in dumpster rental, a lead is a call or a form, and it converts into an order the same day or never.
Approach
1. A conversion-focused WordPress site
No over-engineering: a WordPress the client can run himself, built entirely around contact. Quote form on the homepage, a 2-hour response promise, two phone numbers always visible, prices displayed per dumpster size, an FAQ that clears objections before the call.
The right tool is the one the client operates without me. For a local SME, a well-built WordPress beats a poorly maintained modern framework.
2. Google Ads on local intent
Campaigns centered on immediate-intent queries: dumpster rental plus city, rubble dumpster, mixed-waste dumpster. Call extensions, department-level targeting, bids managed on cost per lead rather than cost per click. Every euro justifies itself with a form or an inbound call.
3. Competitive audit and iteration
Three years of continuous work: monitoring competitor prices and promises, adjusting ads and pages to construction seasons, cutting queries that spend without converting.
Results: from 0 to over 100 clients
| Indicator | Result |
|---|---|
| Inbound leads (Google Ads) | 1 to 3 per day |
| Client base built | 0 → 100+ clients |
| Partnership | Since 2022 |
The campaign is still running as I write this: digital has become the company's main acquisition channel.
"I've been working with Liedel for 3 years. He grew our client base from 0 to over a hundred clients. A concrete, measurable result.", Mimoune Benassaid, Managing Director
Lessons
- Response speed converts. The "quote within 2 hours" promise outperforms any brand argument.
- Local intent beats awareness. In a proximity market, capturing the hot query costs less than building an audience.
- The stack adapts to the client, not the other way around. A WordPress the owner can operate beats a technical marvel that depends on a vendor.
Your local business deserves the same acquisition channel. Let's talk.
